Enable/Disable Video Search Engine

• Click on Menu (Hamburger Icon)
• Click on Settings (Side Navigation Menu)
• Select Message Settings
• Find “Video Search Engine”
• Select your preferred GIF Search Engine (Select “disable” if you prefer to disable it)
• Enter the Video Search Engine API
• Click on “Update” button

Enable/Disable Video Search Engine for Site Users

• Click on Menu
• Click on Modules [Side Navigation Menu]
• Select Site Roles
• Hover/Click on three dots  icon next to the Site Role you wish to modify.
• Select “Edit”
• Select/Deselect “Search & Share Videos” in the “Edit Site Role” form that appears
• Click on “Update” button

Note: There are two “Search & Share Videos” permissions—one for Group Conversations and one for Private Conversations. Select or deselect them according to your preference.

Enable/Disable Video Search Engine for Group Members

• Click on Menu
• Click on Modules [Side Navigation Menu]
• Select Group Roles
• Hover/Click on three dots  icon next to the Group Role you wish to modify.
• Select “Edit”
• Select/Deselect “Search & Share Videos” in the “Edit Group Role” form that appears
• Click on “Update” button
