Flood control is a form of spam prevention which helps to prevent users from sending messages in quick successions. Whenever a user sends a message, the Flood Protection feature checks, if the minimal time interval between messages has been exceeded. In order to set a required time difference between each message :
- Click on Menu
- Click on Modules [Side Navigation Menu]
- Select Site Roles
- Hover/Click on three dots icon next to the Site Role you wish to modify.
- Select “Edit”
- Find “Required time difference between each message”
- Enter your preferred value
- Click on “Update” button
