To view user transactions, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Menu icon
  2. Click on Membership (Side Navigation Menu)
  3. Select Site Transactions

To manually approve a transaction, follow these steps:

  • Click on the Menu icon
  • Click on Membership (Side Navigation Menu)
  • Select Site Transactions
  • Click on three dots icon next to the transaction you wish to approve.
  • Under Take Action, Select Approve or Approve & Enroll
  • Click on “Update” button

“Approve” simply confirms the transaction, while “Approve & Enroll” not only confirms the transaction but also automatically enrolls the individual in the membership program.

To manually disapprove a transaction, follow these steps:

  • Click on the Menu icon
  • Click on Membership (Side Navigation Menu)
  • Select Site Transactions
  • Click on three dots icon next to the transaction you wish to disapprove.
  • Under Take Action, Select Disapprove or Disapprove & Unenroll
  • Click on “Update” button

“Disapprove” denies the transaction, while “Disapprove & Unenroll” not only denies it but also removes the individual from an associated membership program if applicable.
