To view user transactions, follow these steps:
- Click on the Menu icon
- Click on Membership (Side Navigation Menu)
- Select Site Transactions
To manually approve a transaction, follow these steps:
- Click on the Menu icon
- Click on Membership (Side Navigation Menu)
- Select Site Transactions
- Click on three dots icon next to the transaction you wish to approve.
- Under Take Action, Select Approve or Approve & Enroll
- Click on “Update” button
“Approve” simply confirms the transaction, while “Approve & Enroll” not only confirms the transaction but also automatically enrolls the individual in the membership program.
To manually disapprove a transaction, follow these steps:
- Click on the Menu icon
- Click on Membership (Side Navigation Menu)
- Select Site Transactions
- Click on three dots icon next to the transaction you wish to disapprove.
- Under Take Action, Select Disapprove or Disapprove & Unenroll
- Click on “Update” button
“Disapprove” denies the transaction, while “Disapprove & Unenroll” not only denies it but also removes the individual from an associated membership program if applicable.
